Shipping is Free

Adirondack Furniture and Woodworking Plan Shipping Information.

Most of our furniture products are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground.

Our woodworking plans are shipped via U.S. Mail. Plans usually ship within 24 hours.

ORDER PROCESSING: Orders are usually filled within forty-eight hours. If there is an exception to this, or an item is on back order, you will be notified within twenty-four hours of placing your order.

SHIPPING TIMES: Shipping times (except for wood plans) are based on United Parcel Service's in-transit guide. Please see the ground time in transit map listed below. Actual shipping times will vary depending on your location, but all orders should arrive within six business days once shipped.

RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, you may return it for a refund or a replacement. You will have thirty days to decide. If you do have a return, e-mail us (support@adirondacksource.com) for shipping addresses and instructions. Normally, your furniture will be returned via United Parcel Service directly to our manufacturer. If a return is made, you will be responsible for the cost to return the item along with our actual cost to ship the item to you.
